Your role will include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance, and support, fixing problems and gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you could earn a higher starting salary compared to those who enter the workforce without formal training. We have strong links with local employers, giving you the option of working with an employer identified by us and eliminating the pressure of finding one yourself. It could also lead to a full-time position by the end of the apprenticeship.

At Totton College, apprentices have had the opportunity to participate in London Fashion Week, become registered managers in the care industry, and advance to the position of bid writer within the Ministry of Defence.
