Your gateway to support and services 

The Information Centre, based at the main entrance from Water Lane, is the place to go for information, advice and guidance.   

The Information Centre supports students, staff, guests and visitors. 

We pride ourselves on ensuring that all enquiries are responded to efficiently and will find out the answer if we don’t know or refer the query to the right place.   

Our staff are very experienced, helpful and extremely welcoming, establishing supportive relationships with students throughout their time at college. 

The Information Centre is the base for many of our student services including Reception, Student Advisors, Welfare and Wellbeing Service, Safeguarding, Student Bursaries and Finance, Careers Support and Guidance, and Work Experience. 

The Information Centre is open from 8.30am-4.30pm daily. We can be contacted by phone or email and respond to voice messages.
