We can confirm Totton College will be open for staff only on Friday 20 December. We are continuing to monitor the situation regarding the ongoing technical issue identified by Southern Water.
Please note, the college is not open to students. Students are expected to return college for the first day of term in the New Year – Monday 6 January 2025

We can confirm Totton College will not reopen on Thursday 19 December, following the ongoing technical issue identified by Southern Water. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update as soon as we can.

In line with local government advice, due to a loss of water supply following a ‘technical issue’ at Southern Water, we have taken the decision to close for students and staff on Wednesday 18 December.
While the presumption that the college should always remain open, the priority is the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff.
We have therefore cancelled all classes and activities scheduled for Wednesday 18 December.
We will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide updates on our website and social media pages as soon as possible.
